“Love you to the moon and back” was the theme that Hannah carried throughout her baby shower and we were overjoyed to be a part of it! From the start we knew this Moon and Stars baby shower was going to be one to remember — Hannah is a local planner in town with Imoni Events and has great taste as well as an eye for details and elegance! So, when it came to planning her own baby shower she did not disappoint. With a blue, white, and gold color palette Hannah incorporated the moon theme and hints of her future baby into each detail throughout the day.
Our delightful couple held their Moon and Stars baby shower at El Chorro.
This is also where they got married in 2018 so it was such a special place for them to celebrate another amazing life moment! This day couldn’t have been more beautiful. El Chorro’s Herb Garden was a rich green wonderland and complimented the chic style of their baby shower perfectly. They brought in some incredibly fun lounge furniture for guests to hang out on, a great bar, and a beautiful table for their friends and family to enjoy a celebratory meal.
We had the privilege of creating some of the iconic details Hannah wanted for her baby shower and we are so obsessed with how they turned out! The first detail that stood out to us was the large moon backdrop they wanted for photos, and it stole the show! We made this beauty on the CNC machine and included the phrase “Love you to the moon & back” in gold. The finishing touch of the display came from our friends at Bubble Hustle, they really brought this piece to the next level with their balloon installation! It was so fun and creative and fit the theme extremely well. Super playful but also full of elegance!
As mentioned; Hannah’s attention to detail is impeccable! She picked out the sweetest rental items and decor pieces for her baby shower and it was clear that she knew what her vision was! On the lawn was a long white table with a delicate slate blue runner that softened the space. Simple white florals were added as a focal point for guests to enjoy as they celebrated Hannah’s future baby boy! Guests sat around the table at white cross-back chairs and dined with beautiful vintage blue water goblets, modern white and gold flatware, and a rich velvety blue napkin.
Along with the beautiful photo backdrop, Hannah incorporated the moon into other elements of the day.
Another area we were able to work our magic on was the bar. Even though our momma-to-be couldn’t have a cocktail herself, she wanted her guests to enjoy themselves — and they sure did! We created gold acrylic moon-shaped stir sticks that made such a precious addition to their drinks!
Hannah was just glowing the entire day and we love that her and her husband took pictures together before and after to commemorate this momentous day. It was clear how excited they were to start their family, and we were so honored to be a part of this special event. We wish them the best luck and endless love as they welcomed their baby boy, Oliver, to their family in June!
